Larry and his crew did a remodel for us in March of 2022. He gave us an estimated move in date and he was right on the money! Let me just tell you the process of the remodel was so smooth. We seriously was not stressed out at all with the remodel. We knew we were in good hands from the first meeting with him. He made our vision come true. Larry and his team did a phenomenal job. I can’t wait for our next project!
Larry helped with a small remodel first turning a playroom and half bath into a bedroom with a full bathroom and also helped remodel a utility room. After that was completed in April of 2020. We started the whole house remodel in May of 2021. I had a vision of what I wanted and he helped me make it come true. I know I tested him on a lot of things but he figured out my crazy ideas and made them happen. I absolutely love everything about the house remodel there is nothing I would change about. It turned out prefect. I so appreciate Larry and his entire crew. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone looking to remodel. Thank you Larry.
Larry was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of remodeling three bathrooms and adding new flooring in our home. Having lived in Victoria for less than a year, we began looking for a contractor to renovate the home we purchased. Our internet search led us to LDS Builders and we made contact with a guy named Larry. The rest is History. He and his crew did a complete remake of the interior of our home that is second to none. Larry’s experience and commitment to excellence created a construction masterpiece for us. We want to thank his crew for the way they so carefully went about their work. It was an absolute joy to watch the transformation of our home and to cultivate an abiding relationship that transcended just being a customer. In our view, Larry is the best contractor in Victoria.
Our vision for the master bath became a reality thanks to the LDS team. Larry always took the time to communicate progress on the job and asked for clarification on details. This was our second remodel using LDS. Can't say enough about the quality of work from this group. Larry is customer-oriented, straightforward, and honest.
Larry and his crew recently did a remodel project on my guest bathroom. Although the project was small, in comparison to most, it was still given the same attention as a big job. Larry and everyone that worked on the project were very respectful. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. I am very happy with the end result. I will use them again.
After receiving a recommendation from a supplier, I went with Larry and never regret the decision. In the many days they did work on a whole house remodeling, he was there every time and sometimes multiple times. His knowledge about how things could be improved is way beyond what a average person could ever think of. He is so great at his job that getting him scheduled was the hardest part. And by the way, his crew of workers are talented and trustworthy and that says a lot.
My husband and I used LDS Builders to update our kitchen and family room. We were very pleased with the overall experience. Larry was courteous and helpful. The workers were kind and respectful and performed excellent work. I do plan to use LDS again in the future for bathroom update.
We have used Larry and his team for two jobs at our home in Castle Hills West. The first was a small one but the attention to detail and quality of work on such a small job was a very pleasant surprise. When time came for the kitchen redo it was a no brainer to have him do it. His own employees and the subcontractors were skilled clean and polite.The one small problem that developed with the granite after completion was handled in a timely manner(one phone call to Larry) by the sub contractor who did much more than we expected and didn't act like he was mad because he had to be there(thank you Mike) Thank you Larry and all of your people for creating something for us that we can be proud of. Keep up the good work, Bath redo coming this fall.
We appreciated working with Larry Sanders and his whole crew he brought under our roof. He patiently dealt with our demands and changes and guided us through the whole process. He remodeled our kitchen and now I have more storage with easy to pull out shelves! It's a joy to cook now! Our bathrooms are remodeled also and the attention to detail has made it a masterpiece.speaking of detail, from my epoxy floor under washing machine , T.V. Lift in living room cabinet, soft close cabinets, my corner lazy Susan , my cookie sheet drawer, listening to my need for my extra drawer for my pot holders, I am so grateful for your patience. So thank you cabinet makers, granite people, painters, tile layers, plumbers and electricians, and Larry Sanders for getting this great crew together!
12-18 we had a flash fire in attic. Contacted Larry and he promptly responded. We basically had to redo the whole house. had old roof totally removed and reinstalled in just a few days. We had to repair smoke damage and replace fireplace, book shelves, all wiring throughout the house, and paint entire house. Larry, stayed in contact with insurance company and that saved a lot of headache for me. Larry's workers were all professional, courteous and respectful. After work was complete only thing to say is excellent workmanship. Moving into a new home.
Larry Sanders remodeled our house during the summer of 2015. I could just tell you he completed the work in the time frame as promised and stayed on budget and that would be awesome, but working with Larry was so much more than that. He fixed things I never expected him to fix. He took care of little things that were not specified in the scope of work. He has a knack for knowing what needs to be done to make a space right. When things did go wrong he never hesitated to take care of the issue. When he was done I truly felt like we walked into a brand new house! If I were going to remodel another house, I would not even bother getting a bid elsewhere.
We had LDS remodel our kitchen, dining room, living room, breakfast nook, and hallway. All at the same time! With a family of four and one on the way, Larry understood the stress we were under and made the job easy for us to understand. He was able to get the job done on schedule and at the estimated cost. Larry was professional and the craftsmen he hires are experienced, efficient, respectful, and courteous. Our experience with LDS was great, and we will definitely use them again.
