Larry Sanders remodeled our house during the summer of 2015. I could just tell you he completed the work in the time frame as promised and stayed on budget and that would be awesome, but working with Larry was so much more than that. He fixed things I never expected him to fix. He took care of little things that were not specified in the scope of work. He has a knack for knowing what needs to be done to make a space right. When things did go wrong he never hesitated to take care of the issue. When he was done I truly felt like we walked into a brand new house! If I were going to remodel another house, I would not even bother getting a bid elsewhere.

We had LDS remodel our kitchen, dining room, living room, breakfast nook, and hallway. All at the same time! With a family of four and one on the way, Larry understood the stress we were under and made the job easy for us to understand. He was able to get the job done on schedule and at the estimated cost.
